Butterfly is a live social discovery platform that enables users to browse profiles, view availability status, and connect with others through live audio or video calls. The service operates on a credit-based system — you top up your wallet and calls draw from your balance based on duration.

3. Account and Profile

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile and for all activity under your account. You must not impersonate others, use false information, or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits purchased are non-refundable except as stated in our Return & Refund Policy. Credits may expire according to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and credit rates with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or prohibited content
• Attempt to circumvent security, billing, or access controls
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or manipulate data

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Butterfly and its branding, design, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will meet all your requirements. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for content shared during calls.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butterfly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
